aka Lil Peep

Chloe is my adorable little demon cat who brings endless joy (and chaos) to my life. She’s got the perfect combination of sweet cuddles and mischievous energy that makes every day an adventure. Whether she’s knocking things off my desk while I’m coding or curling up on my keyboard for “helpful” programming assistance, she’s the perfect furry companion for a solo dev.

She has this amazing ability to sense exactly when I’m in the middle of an important video call or trying to fix a critical bug - that’s when she decides it’s the perfect time for attention! When we got her from the local rescue, she meowed conversationally the entire way home, and has been vocal every day since, so we nicnamed her lil peep; tiny cat always chirping. But honestly, those little interruptions are some of the best parts of working from home.

From sleepy morning cuddles to her very vocal nights,” Chloe keeps life interesting. She’s got those typical cat superpowers - like materializing out of nowhere the moment I open a can of tuna, or finding the exact spot I need to work and deciding it’s her new favorite napping location.

As I mentioned in my about page, I have a special love for animals with usable hands, but cats hold a special place in my heart with their perfect little beans and the way they use their paws for everything. Watching Chloe delicately pick up her treats or bat at toys is endlessly entertaining!

She’s basically my unofficial co-developer, quality assurance tester (she’s great at finding the space bar), and stress relief coordinator all rolled into one fluffy package. 💻🐾
